- Battle of the Block - Instead of one HoH, there would be two HoH winners. Each HoH would nominate two separate pairs of house guests, with the top HoH choosing first. The two pairs of nominees must compete against each other in a themed-competition. The winning pair would be safe from eviction for the week and would also dethrone the Head of Household that nominated them, leaving the other HOH as the sole Head of Household.
- Saboteur - During Week 2, the viewing lounge voted for one of the house guests to become the Saboteur. The Saboteur was assigned a variety of tasks, including kidnapping a house guests and preventing the others from saving them. If they successfully completed the majority of their tasks, they were awarded a secret prize.
